Typically used on control equipment, communication systems, transportation (rail) and power supplies.
Can be used as DC curve circuit breaker up to 80 Vdc

All CBEs have blade terminals and have an insulation resistance greater than 100MΩ (MegaOhms).
Note
These CBE's are designed specifically for equipment/systems and should not be confused with large MCB's intended to protect distribution wiring against catastrophic faults.
