The Testec active differential probe allow conventional earth-grounded oscilloscopes to be used for floating signal measurements - up to ±60 V common mode voltage with a fixed attenuation 10:1. The probe is compatible with any oscilloscope having 50 Ω or 1 MΩ BNC female input and feature up to 200 MHz of bandwidth.
