Telemecanique Sensors Limit Switch Operating Head, Rotary Movement, 2 Directions - OsiSenseXC Series - ZCE01

In need of a limit switch that provides actuation from side to side? Put this operating head from Telemecanique Sensors to the test. It uses rotary motion to move from left to right or right to left. The unit is then returned to its original position by a spring and remains there safely until it's actuated again. The versatile head is compatible with other products from the OsiSense XC series and you can use it with any body from the XCKD, XCKP and XCKT ranges.

Features & Benefits

• Comes without a lever to give you flexibility in how to set up your switch
• Operates in temperatures between -25°C and +70°C, making it suitable for harsh industrial settings

Applications

• Factory safety systems
• Automated machinery
• Assembly lines
• Lifts

How do limit switches work?

A limit switch converts mechanical motion into an electrical control signal. When a machine part comes into contact with the device, the switch acts to make or break the circuit connection. You can use limit switches to detect the position of machinery or count items travelling past a specific point.
