RS PRO Male to 4xDB9 Male Converter

Need a way to adapt your USB port into an RS232 serial communications port with several connectors? This converter has four male DB9 connectors, so you can attach it to corresponding 9-pin female ports on up to four receptor devices at once. This is especially useful if your set-up includes multiple peripherals. The cable has a male USB A port that connects to the female port in your host device. This means you can facilitate connections between a range of devices from modems and handheld PCs to satnavs and even industrial machinery.

The PL2303 chipset used in this converter provides stable bridge connections for easy networking between devices. You won't need a separate power connection as it's self-powered by USB bus. This converter is compatible with USB interfaces 3.0, 2.0 and 1.1. It also hosts drivers for Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 and 10, as well as Mac OSX.
