Introducing the RS PRO USB to Serial Adapter Cable Assembly, designed with the popular FTDI chipset, which allows Windows to install it the first time that the cable is connected to a PC, offering ultimate convenience without installation downtime. The computer cable adapter has an ultra-durable ABS shell on the DB 9-way male connections and a 45 cm PVC cable flex with a USB A male connector. Thanks to the chipset technology, the cable also has a transfer rate of up to 500 Kbps designed for optimum performance. This RS PRO serial to USB adapter can be used to connect serial devices to PC’s which only have a USB port, provided greater flexibility and versatility for the user.
