Festo MS Filter Regulator, 40 μm, G3/4 in, Automatic, 12 bar, 8182824

This filter regulator conditions compressed Air and maintains a stable downstream pressure for pneumatic systems. It is designed for vertical installation with a slight tolerance and accepts G3/4 ports. The unit incorporates a transparent polycarbonate bowl for Visual condensate monitoring and an automatic draining mechanism that removes collected condensate without manual intervention. It is suitable for use with compressed Air and inert gases under industrial ambient and media temperatures from -10°C to 60°C.

It is intended for vertical mounting within a ±5° tolerance and can also be front‑panel mounted or installed inline with appropriate accessories.

The housing and sub‑base are die‑cast aluminium, the bowl is Makrolon® polycarbonate and the internal separating plate is POM.

The device maintains output pressure within a maximum hysteresis of 0.025 MPa (0.25 bar), ensuring stable regulation.

Both primary ports use G3/4 threads and a pressure gauge port uses a G standard with a 3/4 in gauge port size.

Corrosion resistance class CRC2, LABS (PWIS) conformity VDMA24364‑B1/B2‑L, and suitability for compressed Air to ISO 8573‑1:2010 as indicated in the documentation.
