Kontakt Chemie Clear Acrylic Resin Conformal Coating for Electronics, PCBs

The CRC 400ml PLASTIK 70 conformal acrylic coating is fast-drying and transparent with good dielectric properties. It shields printed circuit boards or other parts from corrosive (atmospheric) influences. This film protects printed circuit boards from leakage current and short circuits.

Provides a protective and insulating film against atmospheric influences such as moisture, oxidation, dust or corrosive vapours
Good adhesion on metal, plastic, wood, glass
The film is resistant to diluted acids, alkaline and atmospheric attack
It can be soldered through
Prevents sparking and corona effects
Remains transparent and flexible after a long time
Viscosity bulk is 10mPas to 20mPas
Drying time at 20°C (dry to touch) is ±20 minutes
Operating temperature ranges between -40°C and 60°C
