Alpha Wire 0.75mm² Polyvinyl Chloride Sheath

This control cable provides multi-core power and signal distribution for industrial automation and electrical installations, designed for fixed and limited-flex applications in temperatures from -40°C to 80°C. It combines a grey PVC sheath with individually insulated conductors to support control circuits at rated voltages of 300V and 500V.

Each core comprises a 0.75mm2 conductor MADE from 30 fine strands of bare copper conforming to EN 60228 Class 5, which enhances flexibility and reduces resistance for dependable signal and control delivery.

The 12 insulated cores are cabled with a non-woven polyester tape wrap and arranged from the inner layer outwards to maintain consistent lay and minimise conductor movement under bending.

The outer PVC jacket is grey and printed with manufacturer identification and product description to assist installation tracing and inventory control.

It is supplied in continuous lengths with common pack sizes of 50 m, 100m and 300m on flanges and spools to suit different deployment requirements.
