The ROHM BA30DD0T series, TO-220FP-3 package low saturation 3-Pin, 3V LDO regulator is a new age device with an output current of 2A. It has a wide output voltage range and package lineup with and without shutdown switches. It has input power supply voltage of 25V maximum.

Features and Benefits


• Built-in over-current protection circuit that prevents the destruction of the IC due to output short circuits
• Built-in thermal shutdown circuit for protecting the IC from damage due to overloading
• Dropout voltage at maximum current is 500mV
• Low saturation voltage type with PNP output
• Operating temperature ranges between -40°C and 125°C
• Output voltage accuracy is ± 1%
