L78S 2A Linear Voltage Regulator, STMicroelectronics


STMicroelectronics L78S series positive voltage regulators are for use in fixed voltage regulation. There are no external parts required unless you want to adjust the outputs. The linear voltage regulators feature safe area protection, internal current limiting and thermal shut-down making them a robust device.
