Housed in a compact and thermally efficient HTSOP-J8 package, it integrates multiple protective features, including overcurrent protection, an ON/OFF switch for reducing circuit current to 0 μA in shutdown mode, and a thermal shutdown circuit to safeguard against heat damage from overloads. Compatible with ceramic capacitors, this LDO supports compact system design and promotes long-term reliability.
