MAX6656 Temperature Sensor & Voltage Monitor


The MAX6656 series temperature sensor & voltage monitor is designed to measure the temperature of 2 diode-connected resistors as well it's own die temperature and designed to measure it's internal voltage along with 3 external voltages.
Applications include notebooks, desktop PCs, workstations, communications equipment and servers.
