LM75 Digital Temperature Sensor & Thermal Watchdog


The LM75 is a digital output temperature sensor with 9-bit resolution. Applications include thermal management, communications infrastructure, electronic test equipment and environmental monitoring.

Temperature measurement range: -55 to +125°C
Accuracy: ±2°C over -25 to +100°C

The Texas Instruments digital temperature sensors comes with an integrated Sigma-Delta analog-to-digital converter and I2C interface. It provides 9-bit digital temperature readings with an accuracy of ±2°C from -25°C to 100°C and ±3°C over –55°C to 125°C. Communication is accomplished over a 2-wire interface which operates up to 400kHz.
