The ISSI Low power CMOS static RAM is organized as 32768 words by 8 bits and is fabricated using ISSI's high-performance low power CMOS technology. When the chip enable CE is HIGH, the device enters standby mode with typical power dissipation reduced to 150 μW at CMOS input levels. Easy memory expansion is supported through an Active LOW chip select CE and an Active LOW output enable OE, while the Active LOW write enable WE controls both read and write operations.
