This signal conditioner from Phoenix Contact is used with sensors to pick up electrical signals and convert them to comprehensible data. It converts an input signal into an output signal, amplifying it to make it readable by your machine control system. It also helps to minimise electrical noise and provide more accurate measurements for monitoring applications. For ease of operation, use the T-connector design to plug the device into your system rail, and the supply voltage will automatically connect.
The signal conditioner provides reinforced insulation of up to 300V, ensuring the signal is protected from interference and short circuits. The PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) housing material is resistant to impact and abrasion for long-lasting use. This device has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +70°C, so you can use it in demanding environments.
