The MikroElektronika sensor board is designed for precise non-contact temperature detection across a wide range of environments. It features the ZTPD-2210 thermopile sensor from Amphenol, which delivers a fully calibrated digital output for accurate readings. The board supports ambient temperature compensation, ensuring reliable performance even under fluctuating conditions. Its 90-degree field of view allows broad area coverage, making it suitable for applications like HVAC systems, smart appliances, and healthcare monitoring. With I2C communication and a configurable Sleep mode, it balances responsiveness with low power consumption.
Measures temperature from minus 20 to 100 degrees Celsius
Communicates via I2C interface with clock speeds up to 3.4MHz
Includes Click Snap format for detachable sensor placement
Offers ambient temperature compensation for stable readings
Supports power control through EN pin and MAX40200 diode
