The PUI Audio 40,000Hz Dual Mode Ultrasonic Sensor has a maximum drive voltage of 140 Vpp and a capacitance of 1800 ± 15% pF. Its echo sensitivity, with 0dB set at 1V/uBAR, is greater than equal to 200 mV. The center frequency is 40,000 ± 1,000 Hz, with a bandwidth of 2500 Hz. The directivity at -6dB is 70° ± 15° typical. The decay time is less than equal to 1.2 ms.
