The Prowave Air Ultrasonic Ceramic Transducer operates at a centre frequency of 40.0 ± 1.0 kHz, with bandwidth 3.0 kHz. It achieves a minimum transmitting sound pressure level of 112 dB at 40.0 kHz, measured as 0 dB re 0.0002 mbar with 10 Vrms at a distance of 30 cm. The receiving sensitivity is 70 dB min, equating to 0 dB equals to 1 volt/mbar. The capacitance at 1 kHz is 1900 pF ± 20%, and the maximum continuous driving voltage is 10 Vrms, with a typical total beam angle of 72° at 6 dB.
