This pressure calibrator is a battery-powered handheld instrument designed for on-site calibration and testing of transmitters, switches and gauges within industrial environments. It combines an integrated electric pump for single-handed pressure generation with mA loop sourcing, simulation and measurement, and a large backlit display for simultaneous readouts, allowing technicians to perform pressure, electrical and temperature checks under field conditions.

What pressure range can it measure and generate?
It measures down to −0.8 bar and up to 20 bar with selectable pressure ranges including 30 psi, 150 psi and 300 psi equivalents.
How is the unit powered and what is battery performance?
It uses eight AA alkaline batteries and provides a minimum of 1,000 pump cycles to 30 psi and 300 pump cycles to 150 psi depending on range.
Which connections support external sensors and accessories?
Pressure connection is a 1/8 in female NPT and electrical connections use standard banana jacks Plus dedicated RTD and external module sockets.
How does temperature affect measurements?
Add ±0.002% full-scale per °C for conditions outside 15 °C to 35 °C, with no accuracy change within that band.
What is included to protect the pump from contamination?
A fluid trap is supplied and pump cleanout ports are provided to reduce moisture and fluid damage.
