This evaluation board is designed for use with the iMOTION MADK platform, facilitating robust motor control solutions. It integrates the IMC101T-T038 motor control IC and serves as a 3-phase inverter, enabling seamless operation for permanent magnet motor applications. Compactly built, it measures 65mm x 45mm, making it suitable for embedded motor control systems in various environments.

The evaluation board incorporates multiple protective features, including built-in thermal shutdown, current sensing with configurable gain, and comprehensive ESD protection, which mitigate risks during testing and enhance reliability in operation.

To start, connect the power board via the 20-pin M1 interface, then utilise MCEWisard for configuring motor parameters. After connecting to a USB port, programme the relevant firmware and drive parameters using the MCEDesigner tool to facilitate motor operation.

The board is designed specifically for permanent magnet synchronous motors, supporting efficient operation across a full speed range with advanced motion control features, providing flexibility for various applications.
