RS PRO 2400W Railway Approved DC-AC Power Inverter (230V Output)


A hardwearing and reliable DC-AC inverter for the conversion of an unregulated (DC) 24V power source (for instance a battery) to a Pure Sinewave 230V AC output. Suitable for use with a wide range of equipment and featuring adjustable output voltage for the operation of sensitive equipment.

The DC-AC power inverter is easy to use and compatible with remote controls using the RS 232 port or to alarms using the isolated relay contacts.

The DC-AC inverter features maximum average power and maximum output peak current protection to protect the unit in cases of output short circuit and a disable function for input under-voltage to protect batteries from discharge. On top of this the DC-AC inverter provides protection to the equipment being powered isolating the device from the power supply with its high input-output isolation of 3000Vrms (voltage regulator modules)

Enclosed in a sturdy metal case with resistance to shock and vibration and suitable for chassis mounting the 230V power inverter is suitable for a wide range of industries including marine, industrial control systems and approval for use in railway applications.
