Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200 Series PLC I/O Module, Analogue Input

This plc i/o module is an analogue input energy measurement module designed for integration with PLC systems over Ethernet in single- and three-phase supply networks up to 480V AC. It acquires voltage, current, phase angles, power, energy and frequency values and provides channel-level diagnostics for use in industrial control and data acquisition tasks. The unit operates from the CPU power supply and is configurable within the engineering environment specified.

It is configurable via the specified STEP 7 TIA Portal version from V13 SP1.

Maximum input current consumption is 180mA with a typical power loss of 0.75W.

Current inputs accept up to 5A continuous with 25mΩ Terminal resistance and short-time withstand of 100A for 1s.
