Keysight 34465A True RMS Digital Multimeters with Truevolt


Keysight 34465A DMMs offer unprecedented levels of accuracy, speed and resolution. They can measure very low current down to a 1 μA range, enabling their use on very low power devices. The ability to auto-calibrate during the measurement allows the 34465A to maintain a calibrated measurement while the instrument may be going through temperature drift/changes.

Graphical capabilities, including trend charts and histograms, facilitate greater user insight gained more quickly. This DMM model provides a data logging mode for easier trend analysis and a digitising mode for capturing transients.

Instrument upgrade options (available separately) includes: 3446MEMU ( 867-2284 ) which extends memory to 2 million readings. Buyers of upgrades receive an entitlement certificate, register via Keysight website and obtain a software keycode to enable the upgrade.

Further Insight


The 34465A offers a 4.3"" display with graphical capabilities such as trend and histogram charts offering further insight quickly. Trends can be detected faster, for example, histograms can be used to assess the variance of a measured value accurately and faster.

Measuring low and high-power devices


The ability to measure low voltage, 100 mV, allows you to make measurements on low low-power devices. It is able to measure devices up to a 1000 V with a resolution from 1 μV.

Digitising Data


Easy to export measurement data from one or more times correlated devices from multiple devices to an external USB stick, PC or to mobile devices. Data or display curves can be exported to Microsoft Excel, Word or MATLAB.
