Keysight Technologies Multimeter Software for Use with 34450A

The Keysight 34450A is one of the fastest benchtop digital multimeters in its class, capable of measuring up to 190 readings per second with 0.015% DCV accuracy. It can deliver up to 50,000 readings of onboard memory, enabling users to log up to 14 hours of data at one sample per second. To simplify day-to-day tasks, the 34450A comes with a built-in histogram, performs basic statistical functions and provides simple data analysis.

The 34450A offers a 5.5 digit OLED dual display that allows clear and quick view measurements such as trend and histogram charts offering further insight quickly. Trends can be detected faster, for example, histograms can be used to assess the variance of a measured value accurately and faster.

The 34450A has a triggering function that allows you to initiate a measurement at desired conditions. This feature is used through the front panel during manual operation, while for an automated operation the Multimeter is controlled through the USB, GPIB or serial connector.

The 34450A allows you to store measurement results into its 50k non-volatile memory through the data logging function. You can perform data logging when using either single or dual display measurements.

Limit testing is an extra value-added feature of the 34450A. When the limit operation is enabled, the multimeter instantly notifies you if a measurement result falls outside the high or low limits you have pre-set before the series of measurements.

Capturing a digital readout of log measurements or records for longer periods under PC control or upload data directly from the bench multimeter. Exporting data from a single Multimeter or multiple multimeters with time alignment, to programmes such as Microsoft Excel, Word and MATLAB.
