Start motors at a lower voltage with ease with this 22 kW three-phase star delta starter. If you're using a motor intermittently or with frequent starts and stops, this is a practical option. It conveniently includes three efficient contacts, along with a timer as well as a thermal overload to stop it from overheating. Star delta motor starters only control winding currents.

To protect your starter motor against electrical surges, you might want to fit it with an overload. You can choose a compatible overload from the RF38 series (for example stock no. 685-1309) to match the full-load current of your motor.

This starter comes in a sturdy, moulded plastic case that provides IP65 ingress protection, offering an effective seal against dust and high-pressure water jets from any direction. It can be found in a variety of manufacturing environments, with operating temperatures ranging from -25°C to +60°C.
