Rockwell Automation DOL Starter, Single Pole, 100 to 240V AC Control Voltage - 154-TP1C25NCD

This three-phase DOL starter from Rockwell Automation protects your AC motor against electrical surge damage at startup. It uses solid-state technology to control the starting current, lowering the risk of equipment failure from a sudden overload. Thanks to improved torque control, your single-phase or three-phase squirrel cage induction motor will be guarded against vibration-related faults, minimising downtime. This is an ideal choice for use in materials handling, overhead doors and paint shakers. Because it's rated for currents of up to 25A, you can use it with high-power motors of up to 15kW.

• Status information can be read at a glance via the LED indicator display
• IP20 rating indicates it's safe to touch
• Integrated MOV for protection against voltage spikes

Standards and Certifications

• c-UL-us
• CE

The Rockwell Automation 154 starting torque controller is designed for low-horsepower single and three phase squirrel cage induction motors these are also designed to reduce system shock that is typically seen when directly starting on line voltage.

What's a solid-state DOL starter?

Short-circuit Protection
Reduced System Shock

A solid-state DOL starter uses electrical rather than mechanical components to manage the surge of power when an induction motor is turned on. Because the movement of change in a solid-state DOL starter occurs only in solid materials, it's less prone to damage.
