The Honeywell SS495A-S Linear Hall effect Sensor IC has Laser-trimmed, thin film resistors that provide high accuracy (null to ±%, sensitivity up to ±3%) and temperature compensation.
Rail-to-rail operation provides more usable signal for higher accuracy.
