Overview
The incremental encoders feature a through hollow shaft with rear clamping of 14 mm. They utilize a communication interface operating at 10 V to 27 V, supporting HTL and Push-pull protocols. These encoders are connected via a 5-wire cable with a male SUB-D connector, measuring 5.2 m (-0/+80 mm) in length, with customized pin assignment. Each revolution generates 100 pulses. The flange type is a stator coupling with slotted holes and a screw hole circle ranging from 63 mm to 83 mm, accompanied by a 5 mm spacer for fixation. Notably, the cable comes with shielding connected to the SUB-D connector, and it is made of PUR material for flexible use. The rugged incremental encoder with a 60 mm diameter and small installation depth. The device comes in an aluminium or stainless-steel housing and offers lots of mechanical interfaces.
The DBS60 Inox variants can even withstand harsh ambient conditions due their fully stainless steel design and rugged shaft seal. The IP69K DBS60I-W variant with its patented deflector screen is the ideal solution for applications in wash-down environments. In addition to the interfaces for TTL and HTL. The DBS60 also offers two universal interfaces with a wide voltage range. Due to the high enclosure rating, rugged design, and a resolution of up to 10,000 pulses per resolution, the DBS60 is suitable for applications in many different industries.
