The Microchip Technology DsPIC33CH family type SSOP package, surface mount, 28-pin and 16-bit CMOS based DSP microcontroller has a voltage rating that ranges between 3V and 3.6V. It has a master core with 64KB to 128KB of program flash with ECC and 16k RAM. Slave core with 24KB of program RAM (PRAM) with ECC and 4k data memory RAM.
