The PIC32 range of microcontrollers from Microchip are 32-bit MCUs with a MIPS microAptiv or M4K core in combination with full range of integrated tools needed for embedded applications. The PIC32Mx1x0/2x0/5x0 family of microcontrollers is based upon Microchip’s MIPS32® M4K® core providing up to 83 DMIPS, with variants offering up to 512 Kbytes Flash Program memory and RAM of up to 64 Kbytes.
