Seoul Semiconductor LED


The Seoul semiconductor 3.05V, white, surface mount LED comes in the standard package with a length of 3.0mm, a width of 3.0mm and height of 0.6mm. It has a substrate made from a moulded plastic reflector sitting on top of a lead frame. The die is attached within the reflector cavity and the cavity is encapsulated by silicone. The package design coupled with careful selection of component material allows this product to perform with high reliability.
