The SMARTLED 0603 series, from Osram Opto Semiconductors, are a high power, reliable range of LED devices. As a part of the TOPLED family, the SMARTLED 0603 series come in the industry standard 0603 package. The SMARTLED 0603 is suitable for use in outdoor displays, display backlighting, signal and Symbol illumination or floor marker lighting.
