The 2.4V CW Laser Diode Driver that operates in continuous wave mode up to 90 mA. It features a simple power adjustment via an external resistor and offers control loop accuracy better than 1% with changes in temperature, supply voltage, and load current. The driver has an integrated reverse polarity protection for both the IC and the laser diode, as well as strong suppression of transients with small external capacitors.
