This RS PRO flat ribbon cable connector keeps your installation time short and your maintenance low. The connector is compact and has clear terminal labels that make assembling your electronic devices easy. Particularly suitable as an alternative to a pure wire approach, this type of connector is used to optimise your wiring.

It has a DIN (Deutsches Institut für Normung, or the German Institute of Standardisation) rail mount design and a male interface module plug with 20 contacts. This supports your flat ribbon cable connection from 14 AWG to 22 AWG. It keeps your connection secure through its screw-clamp, as well as a 7 mm insulating strip.

You can eject your cables easily too, thanks to its simple ejector mechanism. It’s designed for cables with a cross-sectional area of 0.2 mm² to 2.5 mm² and is frequently found in factories and manufacturing plants, where its reliable ’plug and play’ interface suits industrial control systems.
