The Microchip Single-output MOSFET gate driver is a high-current buffer/gate driver capable of driving large MOSFETs and Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBTs). With a high drive current of over 13A, it can drive some of the largest power transistors available. The driver has matched leading and falling-edge propagation delay times, along with very low cross-conduction current, minimizing overall power dissipation. It will not latch up under any conditions within its power and voltage ratings and is immune to damage from up to 5V of noise spiking (of either polarity) on the ground pin.
