RS PRO Insulated Crimp Spade Connector, 1.5 mm² to 2.5 mm², 16 AWG to 14 AWG, M4 (#8) Stud Size Nylon, Blue


These RS PRO insulated crimp-spade terminals, also known as fork-wire terminals, are comprised of a small metal tube that you can use to terminate an open wire without soldering. This type of connector is commonly used to connect wires to a stud, bus bar or other elements of an electrical system.

For strength and durability, the units are made of brass and include a copper-sleeved barrel. They're insulated with a non-conductive and corrosion-resistant nylon material for enhanced safety and longevity. The insulator features a flared shape that makes it easy to insert wires.

These terminals conform to American (ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014) and British (BS EN 61340-5-1:2007) electrostatic discharge (ESD) requirements, ensuring minimal risk of electrostatic discharge. They're also certified as meeting the British safety standard (BS7671) for domestic wiring.
