This in-line flow switch from Sensata Cynergy3 reliably monitors the motion and pressure of liquids and automatically conditions flow rates. When linked to a PLC (programmable logic controller), the switch can control other equipment to open or close the supply of liquid to a tank to ensure adequate fluid levels. It works using a plunger that's activated when liquid flow increases beyond a particular level. The plunger's internal magnet opens a switch to keep liquids at an appropriate level. The switch has a 1-inch BSP (British Standard Pipe) connection for a simple and secure attachment. It's suitable for use in industrial applications such as heating and air conditioning systems.
