The Microchip 6 port Gigabit Ethernet switch features one port with a 10/100/1000 Ethernet MAC and SGMII interface, along with another port supporting a configurable RGMII/MII/RMII interface. It includes IEEE 802.1X access control support and four ports with integrated 10/100/1000BASE T PHY transceivers. Designed with a non blocking wire speed Ethernet switching fabric, it offers full featured forwarding and filtering control, including ACL filtering, along with complete VLAN and QoS support.
