Play it safe when you hook up industrial equipment by feeding wires through this fused DIN rail terminal from Weidmuller. It snaps onto top-hat rails for speedy installation without the need for tools. A lever and pivot make it a breeze to flip open the fuse holder when the fuse needs changing. To keep things simple, it takes quick-acting cartridge fuses in a standard 5 (diameter) x 20mm (L) size (610-9608). The red LED on the front of the block lets you know in a flash if the fuse has blown.

This fused DIN rail terminal has a wide operating temperature range between -50°C and +120°C, so it can handle harsh conditions.

With blown fuse the follow on circuit is still under current. Disconnect lever to open circuit.


The ’W’ series screw clamp terminals are suitable for ’Top Hat’ DIN Rail and manufactured from nylon 6.6 which has a continuous temperature rating of 120°C (180°C short term). They are self-extinguishing to UL94V-0 and free from cadmium and halogen. Current bars are constructed from 10 mm electrolytic copper to ensure a current loading more than nominal rating. Terminals are suitable for mounting on symmetric ’Top Hat’ rail only (BS5584:1978, EN 50022) and are touch proof in accordance with BS 3042.
