RS PRO ABS D Sub Backshell, 15 Way, Strain Relief

This RS PRO PET D-Sub connector backshell keeps your connection stable and reduces strain on your cables. It helps change the orientation of your connection reliably.

Measuring only 48 mm x 42.9 mm x 16.3 mm, the connector is small and practical. A straight screw-down cover means cables can be introduced through the top or side via removable knockouts. This keeps wires safely in place and protects them from wear and tear. The unit comes with two jack screws, self-tapping cover screws and a cable clamp for female screw-lock assembly. There are 15 contacts with A D-Sub shells sizes. Thanks to nickel-plated PET housing, the connector offers reliable EMI (electromagnetic interference) shielding.

This D-Sub connector backshell will work with most standard and crimp D-connectors. It’s compliant with RoHS (Reduction of Hazardous Substances) standards, being made with minimal unsafe substances.
