The Bernstein ESD top cutters Blackline dissipative, 115 mm, feature a flush cutting edge with a mini side face cut and a small top for precision applications. They offer a cutting capacity of 0.8 mm for soft materials and 0.6 mm for medium materials, but are not suitable for hard or piano wire cutting. With a head width of 9.5 mm, a blade width of 4.5 mm, and a jaw length of 17 mm, these cutters provide fine control. The dipped insulation ESD non-slip handle, dissipative at 3x10^7 Ohm, ensures safe handling in electrostatic-sensitive environments.
