Hirschmann Male Crimp Circular Connector Contact

Puzzled by low-quality signal transfer in your automated system? This circular connector contact from Belden Hirschmann is the missing piece. The silver-plated copper-zinc alloy construction means it's highly conductive and resistant to corrosion, so it keeps your signals strong. It's designed for use with connectors in the NR and ST series, making assembly a snap.

It's a breeze to connect wires to this contact using the crimp termination method. Simply strip your wire and use a crimping tool to securely clamp the wire and contact together.

Hirschmann NR Plastic

Robust 6 and 11 pole connectors, made from glass-fibre reinforced plastic, which conform to DIN 43651. Suitable for a variety of applications, including:

Mains and control lead connections to limit valve sensors, limit switches and current monitors
Small transmission systems, pump drives and systems subject to vibrations
Machine tools and automation technology

The earthing contact in each mating half protects sensitive electronic components against static voltages during the plugging operation.
Contacts must be ordered separately. Plug shells accept pin contacts, socket shells accept socket contacts.
The in-line coupler mates with the 6+E cable mount socket, stock no. 202-1936.
The ratchet and plier style support crimp tooling (stock no. 450-4411) (note: is also suitable for QM single and two piece contacts (see stock no. 466-804 for contact details).
The plier tool (stock no. 468-686) can also be used to crimp contacts for the Circular Sealed Industrial IP67 connector range and the Sealed Industrial IP68 connector range (stock no. 489-526). Instructions supplied with tools. These tools support this range, but are not manufactured by Hirschmann.
