RS PRO Conductive Carbon, Polypropylene ESD Box, 40 x 40 x 13.5 mm
Safely transport small components with this storage box from our trusted RS PRO range. The conductive carbon and polypropylene material is strong and static-shielding to keep your electrostatic discharge sensitive (ESDS) devices protected from knocks and static. There's a secure, snap-clip closure and a 6 mm, high-density foam base to further protect your integrated circuits while in transit.
The square box's compact size provides a snug fit for small parts such as microprocessors and microcontrollers. It's suitable for the shipping and storage of printed circuit boards (PCBs).
ESD storage boxes are used by electronics manufacturers and field service engineers to move components without causing damage through skin oils, vibration or electrical contact. This box complies with ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007 standards for the protection of parts against electrostatic discharge.
