Productomschrijving
SKF Nitrile Rubber Rotary Shaft Seal, 30mm ID, 40mm OD - SP-304004/SEAL
Prevent oil leakage and protect your bearing from contamination with this rotary shaft seal from SKF. It's suitable for use with both LPBR linear plain bearings and LBBR linear ball bearings. The nitrile rubber construction means it expands quickly when used at high temperatures, ensuring a tight fit and providing a good seal, even against a slightly damaged or rough surface. AS it also stands up well to corrosion, this is a reliable option for use in demanding environments.
Operating temperature range of -40°C to +80°C makes it suitable for harsh industrial conditions

What's nitrile rubber?
Nitrile rubber, also known as acrylonitrile butadiene rubber or NBR, is a synthetic rubber and a copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene. It's commonly used for industrial seals because of its resistance to oils and chemicals. Other useful properties include resilience and the ability to withstand extreme temperatures. As well as seals, nitrile rubber is also used to make a wide range of products, including disposable gloves, footwear and cable jackets.
