Stanley Bailey® Band Clamp


These band clamps (also known as strap clamps) from Stanley have been designed to hold circular, square or irregularly shaped objects such as frames and chairs. The hand tool comes with a reinforced nylon strap which is used to hold and support a workpiece in place and corner blocks for supporting angled joints. The strap locks itself as it is tightened and therefore provides consistent tension for a firm grip on the item that is clamped.

The length of the strap indicates what size of workpiece is suited for that band clamp. The 0-83-100 model has a clamping capacity 450mm / 15 feet.

These band clamps are easy to use by simply placing each plastic corner piece to the corners of your workpiece then pull the fabric until it locks the clamp. The strap is designed to go around the whole workpiece.
