I-Autoc KSQF series 3 phase AC output solid state relay. Relays control voltage is 90 V ac to 280 V ac or 4 V dc to 32 V dc with load currents at 25A, 40A, 60A, 80A, 100A available. Wide load voltage range of 48 V ac to 660 V ac. SCR output and dielectric strength ≥4000 Vrms. 3 phase motor control, kiln temperature control system, large oven etc. RoHS complaint.
