The Toshiba brushed DC motor driver has sense resistor less current control. The internal H-bridge can be controlled independently, as a two brushed DC motor driver or a single stepping motor driver using the dual H-bridge mode. This IC is fabricated with the BiCD process and is rated at 50 V, 9.0 A
Supporting large current (9.0 A) and high voltage (50 V) brushed DC motor operation
Capable of driving two brushed DC motors using dual H-Bridge mode
Capable of driving one stepping motor using dual H-bridge mode
