Vishay TSUS5400/1/2 Series IR Emitting Diodes

The TSUS540x family, from Vishay Semiconductors, are Infrared (IR) emitting diodes. They are in standard 5mm (T-1 3/4) through-hole packages. They have a blue-grey tinted plastic package and 2 leads with stand-off. Suitable applications for the TSUS540x IR LEDs include IR remote control, free air transmission systems and emitters in transmissive and reflective sensors.
