Productomschrijving
Panel socket
RS 50 Ohm BNC RF Panel Socket
From RS PRO, this BNC panel socket connector is designed for use with coaxial cables, and features an easy-to-terminate solder pin design. The connector has a solid integrated flange for secure panel fixing.
The connector has a robust nickel plated body, and features the secure and convenient bayonet coupling system typical of a BNC connector. The centre pin contact is gold plated, for excellent conductivity over a long service life, and there is also a PTFE insulator for increased reliability.
Features and Benefits
• BNC panel socket
• Robust flange
• Gold contacts ensure maximum efficiency
• Solder termination method
• 50Ω impedance
• Operating frequency of 4GhZ
• Insulation material: PTFE
Applications
BNC connectors are used in a variety of RF signal applications. Though they are most commonly used in radio and television broadcast applications, they can also be used in medical and test equipment.
• Antenna connection
• Cable Modems
• Telecom
• Medical Equipment
• Satcom
• CCTV
FAQs
Q: How should I connect a BNC connector to a coaxial cable?
A: This BNC has a solder pin termination, meaning it requires a soldering kit to attach to an appropriate cable.
