Unitronic® LiYY data cable

From Lapp, Unitronic series LiYY data cables have been developed from tried and tested VDE 0812 cables. LiYY designated cables are designed for multi-functional use, and are commonly used in signal and data transmission applications.

The multi-core cable is comprised of fine-wire bare copper strands, with a PVC core insulation and sheath.

This Unitronic low-frequency data cable has a small outer diameter for space-saving installations, and is also flame retardant. It can be used in dry or damp indoor environments, and is suitable for occasional flexing.

Features and Benefits

• Space-saving installation
• DIN colour code
• Transparent outer sheath made from special PVC-based mixture
• Flame-retardant in accordance with VDE 0472, part 804, test type B (IEC 332.1)
• Operating temperature with occasional flexing: -5°C to +70°C
• Operating temperature in fixed installation: -40°C to +80°C

The Lapp Unitronic LiYY cable is suitable for many control and signal applications, and is commonly found in industrial computers. It can also be used in;
